Some small towns associated to a movie or movies.

Tombstone, Arizona - Many Westerns including Tombstone from 1993. The population did get down to 800 once, but apparently it was never actually a ghost town. Current population is near 1,600.

Happy, Texas - A town of 647 people. The film being Happy, Texas, which I've not seen.

Crescent, Oklahoma - A town of 1,281. The film Silkwood concerns historic events in the town, although probably not events that really boosts the town's image.

Mystic, Connecticut - Or as Luanne Platter called it "the real Mystic Pizza." Although technically it's located in the towns of Groton and Stonington rather than being a town in its own right. Roughly 4,000.

Nome, Alaska - The Spoilers (silent film), The Fourth Kind, and Balto (in part). Of those I may have seen parts of Balto. The population of Nome is around 3500.
