Do u think that North of New England(specially Maine and Vermont) and West Virginia will see a reasonable influx of Asian population from the NY/NJ/Washington DC. in future (for example 2050) ?

I think Asians concentrate themselves in the immediate NYC/NJ area (Manhattan/Queens/Bergen County) because it's where the high pay is.

What do you mean by Asians? The continent includes such diverse groups as Israelis and Philipinos, Syrians and the Japanese. Do you have evidence that Asian-Americans are moving about the northeast in significant numbers? Why northern New England and West Virginia?

You may have in interesting question here but without some explanation it seems kind of random.

Not likely unless there is a boom in high-paying jobs there. Which, not coincidentally, is why they are highly concentrated in the coastal states along with other tech "meccas" scattered throughout the U.S.

Maine and Vermont are not North of New England, they are Northern New England (along with NH). A different world in many ways from Southern New England but definately a part of N.E.

I had a Chinese math professor in college in VT but I don't see much of a trend with that. NNE is still primarily rural, lacking jobs, and an expensive place to live. Can't comment on WV.
