If i could have Pluto like coldness (where it is 400 below zero) with about 1100 inches of snow per year in the winter ,and a summer that flucates between San fran/phoenix and north florida, a new england fall with one or two colorado fall days scattered in and a northeast type spring i would be heaven. I am serious

can handle moderate temps... east coast, most midwest, south east, california...

probably would x out arizona/new mexico/pac nw and the montana/north dakota/minnesota area... too hot, too cold, and too dreary.. so out of the big cities there... i wouldn't do seattle/portland/phoenix/minneapolis/las vegas

I voted weather is very important. I would only move somewhere if I liked the weather but there would also have to be something else about the place that makes me want to move there. I would never move somewhere just for the weather but I would also never move somewhere where I don't like the weather.

Weather is very important because I want 4 Seasons, but I also want to live someplace that isn't too far away from my daughters. Alaska is out of the question for that reason.

Although I love Bay Area's summers, I can deal with any kind of summer if I have to-Im not as forgiving of really cold winters though.

Unless you live in San Diego, most cities in this great country of ours have inclement weather in some form or another, and often for months at a time, too. For me, climate doesnt make any difference to me. If you truly love life and all that it offers, there is fun to be had in all seasons. Ill never understand why some people equate winter with hibernation. I mean, there is so much to do in winter that you cant do other times of the year, so I make sure I get out and enjoy it.

Some people like weather that others would think is inclement. One man's trash is another man's treasure. Minneapolis might be one person's idea of perfect weather while Phoenix is someone else's idea of perfect weather. And some people don't even like San Diego's weather.

I refuse to live north of the NC-TN-AR-OK-NM-AZ-Fresno line or vacation there any time other than summer.

For living, I vastly prefer Florida/Texas/Arizona. So yes climate is extremely important for me.

Weather is very important.
It doesn't have to be perfect.
