Weather is very important to me. I enjoy warm or mild winters and don't mind hot summers. Florida and other southern states are good for this, I would also love to live in a Socal climate.

However, I would take a nice home and a good job in a city that I liked with cold weather, like Chicago or over a crappy home and job in a city with warm weather.

I enjoy mostly sunny weather in the summer and winter. Too much rain can be depressing. Temperatures really don't mean anything to me because if it gets to cold I will just stay inside of the house and the same for extreme heat.
