It may not be all wannabee famous people and celebs, but VB is great and always a fun time. Much better than places like Daytona, Atlantic City, Myrtle Beach, etc. Virginia Beach is as real as it gets.

When I said "real," I was referring to the lack of wannabee "rich folks" trying to show off, as seen in Miami.Virgina Beach is full of middle income, working class people trying to enjoy life, not show off their material things. My "real" statement as referring to Mami.
Myrtle Beach and Daytona are "real" too, I just don't think they are more fun than VB.
The condos, hotels, and transit has nothing to do with a city being "real."
