I have no idea. This is my post. Also, my experience with CD to date is that it is nothing if not repetitive. Even so, as I've said, I'm not privy to the other post (or two) you make mention of. Plus, the article I've linked was published today, so if there were other threads discussing this particular article I wasn't aware of them.

WOW at the West!

California's own state estimates show a growth of +13.6% between 2000 and 2009. A numerical change of +4,600,000 and a current population of 38.3 Million.

California should end the decade with a numerical change of around +5 Million.
