Come to myrtle beach, sc.
parties, beach, whole bunch of exchange students all summer long. i m surprised no one mentioned it yet here. it s sort of family vacation when it comes to restaurants and hotels, but there are plenty of clubs (all sorts of clubs), shopping, beach and what not...

I think there's tons of beaches out there but you should def check out Sea Side Isle in New Jersey. Here's a pretty good article on some stuff to do there if you decide to go:
