Good day.

My name is Kevin and I am currently doing a final year project on consumer attitudes and behavior and to what degree the recent recent outbreak of Swine Flu have had an affect on these factors.
Basically, I am looking at the difference in attitude and behavior between consumers in USA and Malaysia.
So if you are an American I would greatly appreciate if you could spend just five minutes to fill in my questionnaire.
All help will be greatly appreciated.

The study has been ethically approved and authorized by the University of Stirling. And all data from this questionnaire will be kept in the strictest confidence and anonymity.

Thank you for your participation.
