I am planning on relocating soon, I'd love advice from people who live in what you think is "the most beautiful place in America."
Here's a list for what I'm looking for:

-Nice, warmer climate (Not much or very little snow with milder winters)
-Mountains or hilly areas
-Low crime
-Good malls (me and my daughter love to shop)
-Also, friendly people would be nice, not a deal breaker though..
-Palm trees would be nice too, but if not, no biggie..

Maybe I am dreaming, but if there is a place like this that you know of let me know! Thanks a lot.

That would definitely fit the bill, especially the Santa Barbara area.
But bring your checkbook .

How about Jacksonville, Florida? Check out suburbs like Ponte Vedra Beach or nearby St Augustine.
For shopping, look at St Johns Town Center.

Haha, since the OP didn't mention a budget, there's no reason not to recommend Southern CA.

San Diego or, if you prefer a more mega-big, fast-lane type of city, Los Angeles. Nothing comes close to either of these in terms of prettiest w/ best weather and being a complete city with everything to offer.
