Smile Scranton, PA

Scranton is alive with color in the Fall.

A nice Fall Harvest stand.

"It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!"

Just a few of the reasons why I love Pennsylvania!

AWESOME photos, Scranton-Wilkes-Barre! I sure enjoyed trucking in PA and really miss both the scenery and the friendly people I encountered! Thanks for the memories!

Wow -- those are absolutely beautiful!! Exactly what we're looking for too. I remember that out in that area of the country the roads didn't all seem new and all sidewalk-ized, I loved it. Scranton looks just gorgeous!

Portland, OR also beautiful in Fall (my favorite season), yet with Indian Summer weather. We would go every year to Sauvie Island to the Pumpkin Patch and get our pumpkins. There are private tree farms where you can go and cut down your own Xmas tree! Portland Nursery has an Apple Festival every Fall where one can go and sample ALL the varieties of delicious apples, apple cider, etc. I miss it! Am in Texas and as we know, there is NO real Fall here! Well, maybe in the Austin area where there are deciduous trees, and East Texas.

Central Pennsylvania, State College to be exact, is beautiful in the Fall! The mountains with the leaves changing colors is absolutly breathtaking! There's also a lot to do in State College during the Fall, like Penn State Football games! There are also many area farms that you can pick pumpkins at, etc.
Great place to visit!

Here's some links!:

Hope I helped! Have a great day!

When I first read the title of the thread my first thought was the Aspen area. You could always come back. I have been there many times and it never lets me down when it comes to the fall elements.
