Not even our balmy February weather

... most any southwestern, midwestern (except the one I currently live in), or southern city for that matter.

...outside of Chicago I'm a bit of an east coast girl at heart. However, I do like the pacific northwest, could probably get on just fine there as well (although that Seattle freeze does give one pause, I'm way too gregarious and outgoing for those folks)

Cities I would like to live in:
Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, San Diego, Orange County, San Jose, Sacramento (As you can see, I like the Western US best), Washington DC (got to have that token east coast presence ).

Cities I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to live in, but might take an exploratory look at if I had an amazing opportunity there:
Salt Lake, Seattle, Minneapolis, Chicago, NYC, Boston, Phily, KC, Indy, Columbus, Saint Louis, Charlotte, Raleigh, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta

No way, Jose:
anywhere in Florida-- I'll take my Arizona ANY day over that hurricane, bug, and alligator infested swamp.
Houston-- even considering Dallas is quite a stretch, but Houston, no way in hell!
New Orleans
Detroit-- 'nuff said
Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Syracuse-- they all run together in my mind.

25 years ago I said I'd never live anywhere near Philadelphia, and here I am.

Never say never.

Cities I would like to live:
-Columbus, Ohio (Great neighborhoods, very underpriced, under-rated, close proximity to tons of other cities, very fun)
-Denver, Colorado (Great people, very clean, very outdoorsy, great climate most days of the year, college towns nearby)
-Colorado Springs, Colorado (Clean, main street style downtown, polite people and very laid-back way of life, outdoorsy also)
-Boulder, Colorado (great college town!)
-Pittsburgh, PA (great neighborhood city, great food, diverse and interesting groups of people, great topography, very under-rated and excellent small restaurants)
-St. Paul, Minnesota (fairly clean, quiet but very very strongly community oriented and Minneapolis fun is on the other side of the river)
-St. Cloud, Minnesota (under-rated college town, very nice small city for some reason its just a very nice under-rated place)
-Seattle, WA *city I think I would like to be in, havent been there
-Portland, OR *
-Providence, RI*
-Madison, WI* (Probubly, the first place on this list on of places that I really want to see and probubly would like living in that I havent seen before that I will actually go to before to long, just sounds just a great medium sized city)

Cities I would not want to live in:
-Dayton, Ohio (what a shame! this town could be nice its got location and infrastructure but its got so many dumpy areas
-Indianapolis, Indiana *I do not like this city at all (its #1 for cities I dont like)
-St. Louis, Missouri (What good is nice architecture if its plagued with social problems)
-Omaha, Nebraska (Could the downtown be lively more often and most of the neighborhoods look like crap)
-Lincoln, Nebraska (Lived here a year and moving soon, talk about alot of crappy, characterless neighborhoods)
-Fargo, North Dakota (Why cant this small town be a little less arrogant!, its a bland cold tundra wind swept small town)
-Sioux Falls, South Dakota (feels like a Suburb, suburb, suburb!!)
-Wichita, KS* (*I havent been here, but doesnt seem like a place id like)
-Little Rock, AR* No thanks!
-Birmingham, AL* No thanks, I dont think I am missing out on much!
