Nothing, most houses are around 400,000. But that's what you get when you're a short train ride from the city. This isn't even a good neighborhood and it's that pricey.

This is what $200,000 will get you in the Bay Area


$200,000 will get you a one/two bedroom condo in the Bay Area....if even that. The average house (3-4 bedroom, nothing too special) usually runs Bay Area residents around $600,000-800,000).
