Oh come on people Little Rock is the best candidate out of all the cities mentioned. Who talks about it? Who mentions it for vacation? who mentions Arkansas hardly at all except when it's about President Clinton or maybe an itsy, bitsy chunk of the Ozarks? All the other cities I've heard mentioned are ones we hear about on a daily basis. Little Rock is practically nonexistent to most people. who would miss that?

All you people who listed Las Vegas must either be complete prudes or totally lying. There's a lot of things you can say about Vegas, but it is most definitely not some typical boring generic city. There is no other city like it. It's skyline is more interesting and unique than most so-called "real cities." Who doesn't have that desire to hit up Vegas every so often?

Oh please, Las Vegas has one of the ugliest skylines I have ever seen. Sure, it is an entertaining city to visit, but who would seriously want to live in the dump in the desert? Same thing goes for Phoenix. Still, I would nominate Houston as one city that we could all live without. I would also nominate SLC as another city that most wouldn't miss.

St. Louis? You've gotta be kidding. As well as all these other cities. too big, too important to the nation, mentioned far too often. Little Rock is atypical of a city that wouldn't be missed. Would also have to add in Oklahoma City, Sioux Falls, Des Moines, and Wichita. Nothing special about those cities. Would also have to add Mitchell, South Dakota. The Corn Palace is a joke! It's not even 20 feet tall! it's tiny! Oh, that poor corn....whereever will we find it besides South Dakota? I'll need the tissues for the day the Corn Palace goes

Agreed. Amarillo also doesn't have a real taste for people who are different (a.k.a. like wear facial piercings, etc.)...I know punks are not well-liked anywhere, but I saw a documentary on "City Confidential" in which a punk was murdered by a bunch of jocks, particularly when one of them ran over him multiple times with his Cadillac, in Amarillo and the evidence couldn't have been more solid for a conviction...and guess what? While they were found guilty, they were all sentenced to PROBATION. Talk about injustice. I sure wouldn't miss a town like that. Would also have to go with Wichita Falls and Lubbock as well.
