LOL, I remember growing up in Cleveland in the early '60s. They tried to combat that "Mistake on the Lake" with a bunch of commercials promoting the slogan "Cleveland, the best lo-CATION in the NATION."

Most people I knew called it the North Coast or (if we felt like being snarky) Land of Burning Rivers.

It's the home of Arsenio Hall, Paul Newman, Drew Carey, and Jim Backus. And a bunch of other people, too..

I loved growing up there. Cleveland rocks--it's a cool town that never deserved being the butt of everyone's jokes. Most of the sneers come from people who've never lived there.

I know that's right! I lived there back in the 90s and it was kinda strange there. Seems like the whole city is Disney
Although now I live in a new mickey mouse city

Same with JC Penney. It didn't move to Plano until 1990. Started in Wyoming. HQ moved to Salt Lake City, then to Buffalo.

Ugh, Cowpukes fans think the NFL revolves around them.

And yes, I'm a Redskins fan.

My town of Reston is known for the Ebola Virus outbreak in lab monkeys.

And no, I'm not infected.
