Which state...
Would you never live in? I would never live in Alaska. It's a beautiful state, and a great place to visit, but it gets really cold, nothing there, and only a few hours of daylight during winter, and nothing but daylight in the summer. It's just too far away from everything for me.
Other states would have to be in the south. They're dirty, and have devestating hurricanes every summer. There's also a lot of racism.

North Dakota is clean, friendly, wide open, virtually traffic-less, practically no pollution. I think ND is a great state.

I would never live in any of these states for various reasons:
Alabama
Alaska
Arkansas
Connecticut
Delaware
Idaho
Illinois
Indiana
Iowa
Kansas
Kentucky
Louisiana
Maine
Maryland
Michigan
Mississippi
Missouri
Nebraska
New Hampshire
New Mexico
North Carolina
North Dakota
Ohio
Oklahoma
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
South Carolina
South Dakota
Tennessee
Utah
Vermont
Virginia
West Virginia
Wisconsin
Wyoming
While I'm sure most of these states are very nice and offer a great lifestyle, I just wouldn't want to live in any of them.
