Question Dan-Ric Homes?
I am moving to Lagrange, GA and I am interested in buying a new home. The builder is dan-ric homes and I would love it if I could get some info on this builder. Are the homes as nice after you buy them.. ~hint.. hint~ I mean do lots of problems arise or is this the buyer to buy from? I am looking to move to the Knoll development in Lagrange. Any feedback on the neighborhood? Any information would be great! Thanks!

I own a Dan Ric Home in Lagrange Ga.I bought it a year ago. I am extremely pleased with this house. It is the third house I've owned in my life and the best built.Have had no serious problems and the customer service are extra helpful.Just a phone call and whatever problem you may have is taken care of......They check back to make sure it was taken care of.
