Red face Moving to stone mountain

I'm a single mother with three kids trying to start off fresh in a new area... I need help trying to find a good area to live... I have a section 8 voucher.. Just need a GOOD area... Nothing hood... DOn't mean any harm... but my kids are use to mixed raced schools and areas... Thanks

The Dekalb Housing Authority should be able to provide you with a list of places available in different areas that take Section 8 vouchers. Good luck with that!

If you move to South DeKalb, the schools are not diverse.

Perhaps the Gwinnett side of St. Mountain, but not the DeKalb.

Have you had any luck with your section 8? We are looking to relocate to Stone Mountain Lilburn area and have a Section 8 voucher as well. If you still are in need let me know and I will pass on any info I come across to you and if you have any you can share with us for our search..please do...Good Luck...I would def look in the Gwinnett Country side of Stone Mountain, schools are much better and its not so citified...if thats what your looking for with your kids...My kids loved it and we are def hoping to find another place real soon...
