You don't want FL - they have rules against gays and children. Most of FLA isn't part of the USA, at least not below Orlando - that's Cuba Norte where the churches have more to say about what you can do.

I would say Decatur, too. As well as Midtown, Sandy Springs, Buckhead. Although I would have to say that I've heard the most about Decatur having a good reputation for that. Not all of Decatur though, I'm assuming the part near the square that is closer to the Atlanta side of things. Oh and Little Five Points as well as the East Atlanta Village!!
