100 years? Who could possibly know. If you look back 25 years, I don't think many could have predicted the way technology has impacted on our lives and the economy. At best, I think we can look maybe a generation into the future and even then, it's a crap shoot to make any real predictions. There are so many disrupting technologies and geopolitical events that can send things in unintended directions.

The 1964 Worlds Fair had us all riding around in jet packs and space cars.

There's absolutely NO way to speculate what Georgia (or America or the world) will look like in 100 years so anything at this point would be nothing more than wishful thinking and pure fantasy.

HOWEVER ... If you're going to pose this question legitimately, perhaps you may want to start by citing ACCURATE 2009 population estimates rather than just making them up off the top of your head. Roswell has 101,000 people?! LOL ... not even close.

Let's start with the official 2010 Census count for the state of Georgia: 9,687,653

2009 estimates for just SOME of the cities you cited:
ATLANTA: 540,000
ROSWELL: 87,000
SAVANNAH: 135,000

Start over dude and then we'll discuss the topic, K?

nothing stated above said anything about 2009 or 2010 estimates or census figures but thank you for pointing out the correct Roswell population bad research. All the others should be correct. The cities listed above were from official census 1910, 2000 and 2008 estimates, and the state population was from 2000.

Actually, you messed up the Savannah population, even the 2000 population!! 131,510 was the 2000 population, not 127,000.
