Want to rent home for 4 months in winter. (Brunswick: rental, living)

I'm 75, widowed, live in Montana in my permanent home except for 4 winter months. Want to try Georgia this winter. I'm a life long sportsman with specific emphasis on being an ardent bird hunter and will have a neutered, perfectly trained (obedience and hunting trained) young male Brittany with me who sleeps and travels in his dog crate.

I'm looking for a private home on the edge of a community like Brunswick, (or close by in that general area) near or on the water. Home should be within an hours drive of quail hunting area{s}.

Home should have 2 Bed Rooms; 2 Full Baths & be in very good condition and clean. Fenced yard would be a plus along with: a patio and/or porch; a den or office with WiFi for computer. The more land the better. Also want covered parking and/or garage for one large SUV. Home must be FULLY equipped with all kitchen utinsels, Fridge, Dishwasher, ice maker, all linens and everything else necessary for comfortable and complete everyday living.
Would like a gas fired BBQ (in good shape); DVD, CD, TV's. telephone, telephone anwering machine etc.
In other words, a fully furnished and equipped modern home, in a good
location.

My daughter may fly in for a few days over the holidays and maybe one other family member for a few days each month, other than that it would be just me.

Upon request, I will furnish references from previous rental winter months in Port Aransas, TX and Sedona, AZ., as well as additional personal references.
