I haven't seen what kind of business you plan to open. Any ideas? It will depend greatly on the area.

I have 2 historical victorian homes for sale in Crawfordville, GA located just 40 miles from Athens. Prices are very reasonable, and I am motivated to sell! Contact me if you want more information. Crawfordville is a small town, but easily accessible to cities such as Augusta (1 hour), Atlanta (1 1/2 hours) and Athens (45 minutes).

Now come on...I live here and I certainly am not rude and the majority of people are nice as well. You will find rude people "anywhere" you go....not just the N. Ga. Mountains!
