Default Potential Relo to Metro Atl

I need some help here. My family could possibly be relocating to Metro-Atlanta. My office would be in Duluth(30097). Looking for a safe area to live with good elementary schools and daycare facilities. Our price range for a home would be around $150k. Looking for a commute no longer than 30-45 minutes. What are my best options? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you looking for more of a city atmosphere, sub division, or county type of area?

Im out in unincorporated loganville, have 6 bed/3 bath 5.5 acres, 160k. Kids go to Youth Elementary, (Walton County Schools, great schools)! I commute to Johns Creek, which is north side of Duluth, and my commute is about 1 hour. I have to deal with traffic crossing the Chattahoochee river. If you dont need to cross that, you may save 20-30 minutes off a commute!

Grayson is just north of of Loganville, but I think house prices are a bit more.

Also, would daycare be just before/after schools, or all day? If its just before/after, the elementary school has a great affordable program. I dont have it off the top of my head, but it was about 90 dollars a week for two kids, 7am(630am next year) to start of school, and 330pm to 630pm for after school. $90 for both kids, not each
