I am female, an avid golfer, and over 60 years, having second thoughts about the Villages in Florida. Can anyone please tell me if there is anything similar to the Villages in Georgia, and if so where ? How does Georgia compare to Florida for Taxes, Insurance and utilities. Many thanks.

Yes, there are over 55 communities in Georgia! Del Web has 3 in Georgia, which you can find on their website. The newest is at Lake Oconee, located almost half way between Atlanta and Augusta. I don't know how insurance, taxes and utilities compare to FL, but they are certainly less than many other parts of the country! Hope this helps!
