In NYC you got bums playing dice making bets with the people, hustlers selling t-shirts from their trunks, NYPD have better, more important things to do with their time. The outside world lacks in your state so the cops' brains get stimulated easily by anything that is going on outside, they get excited easily and have to get a piece of the action, in this case, a lemonade stand. LOL. Once in this subdivision I live, some fool posted a WANTED sign on a lot of stop signs. I looked at it, and it was a picture of 2 junior high kids walking around, the sign said something about they are harassing people, lol, whatever that means. You guys are paranoid.

Those girls now have a lemonade stand at the waterpark they were trying to raise money for. At least someone did something nice. I understand there are license laws but seriously I remember having a lemonade stand when I was younger and our biggest customers were the police force. And I know for a fact midway cops have something better to do.

I can understand having the license as a means to guarantee you arent selling poison, but this isnt about that. There is no inspection or anything. If you pay the dues you are still exempt from all oversight, but since the municipality got their cut, they suddenly don't care.

There is nothing better to do than to collect money. If it doesn't bring in money, it's not worth doing.

They were shut down, because they failed to offer donuts at the stands. These poor girls will learn the rules of the game in no time. Have your bribe money or donuts at all times.
