is blue ridge still country? or are rich city people taken over?

I don't live in Blue Ridge but have some family that do. I live across the mountain on the other side of Ellijay but we do go through there some. From what I understand a lot of city folk have bought mountian land and are building there. Same for Ellijay. So the land prices have gone up a good bit in the last few years. Ellijay has really grown too. But to answer your question, I think Blue Ridge is still country. It would be worth checking out. Good luck!
