Is Norcross a good place to live? Looking to move in March I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, are their any job opportunities that is suited for my education level? I'm a single woman needs a safe affordable apartment in a good area. Can anyone give me any info on this area?

Norcross is in somewhat of a transitional area. You can find safe areas here contrary to what some people may think/say. I live off Indian Trail not far from Steve Reynolds and and haven't had any issues since moving here last year.
I wouldn't want to live anywhere near Jimmy Carter Boulevard though. On the other end of the spectrum, neighborhoods in or north of downtown Norcross are nice and seem very safe.
A good positive of living in Norcross is the commute times. Not far from Buckhead or Mall of Georgia in Duluth. 40 minute drive up the road to Lake Lanier too.

Otherwise, I'm sure most people will try and divert you to the newly incorporated town of Peachtree Corners (incorporation wasn't necessary but that's another subject altogether), John's Creek or Lawrenceville.
