jefferson county is a rural county about 30 mins away from augusta. It has two small towns of wrens & louisville. Grovetown is small town/suburb 10 mins from richmond county located just outside of augusta. Other small towns near are beech island, thomson, dearing, blythe, warrenton, sandersville, washington, mccormick, lincolton, harlem, graceewood, & waynesboro. The biggest suburbs/small towns are evans with 70,000, aiken 45,000, martinez & north augusta 30,000, grovetown 12,000, hephzibah 7,000, thomson 6,0000

if you live in jefferson county you'll definitely be working in richmond county. Unless you move closer to the city of augusta, or to its eastern suburbs in martinez or north augusta, aiken, you can then work in columbia sc or augusta ga
