Well the 40 Watt Club downtown is a pretty big space to throw a party.. not sure how much it would cost though.. There is also a dance club on Washington Street in downtown you can check out.. I think it is called Boneshakers.. it may be good for a Halloween Party. The problem with this is that if you are planning this on Halloween.. a lot of bars will likely have their own events scheduled. Best thing to do is to get a Flagpole.. it is the local weekly alternative newspaper.. It has all of the bar and event listings.
