Default looking to move to Georgia. need advice

hey I'm looking to move to Georgia but I dont know which area would be best
I wanna stay away from the hurricanes, I need a place that would be up to $650/mo in rent for 1 or 2 bedrooms, has tanning salons( spray on tanning )
schools for little kids - my daughter will be turning 4 by the time school starts,
has baby sitter options as I would like to go out at times,
also near stores and parks-beaches and zoos accessible and is in a decent safe enough neighborhood
I know it seems like alot but if anybody knows of any places like that it would be greatly appreciated

What area depends on how big of a town you want to stay in. Also, what kind of work you do. I lived in Fitzgerald, Ga for 25 years and I miss it alot. I am now living in Pennsylvania. I have been here for 3 years and I have been ready to go back for a long time. Miss the warmth down there. I wish you the best where ever you decide to move. If you have any questions, I will try to answer them for you. Good luck

Anyone who requires a home "near beaches" will have to understand that hurricanes are possible anywhere along the coast. Georgia is not exempt.
