Lake Hartwell Property Trade (real estate, rental, mobile home)

Anyone here ever trade a home for a lake lot?

I have a second home in a desirable part of Hartwell, GA that I would like to trade for a lake lot in a restricted community. I am trying to find restricted communities (no mobile homes) that have lots that are lake front or lake view. Must have a deedable boat slip or community dock. I prefer to remain as close to Hartwell as possible.

I would have thought with the real estate sales at the slowest in 5 yrs and the lake at least 6 foot below normal levels, I could find someone who wanted to dump a lake lot for a nice rental property.

Tell me about your property; I might be interested. I have a 3/4-acre lake lot across the street from lake with Corps of Engineers deeded boat slip on deep water dock. It is located in Park Lake East - restricted community.
