I live near there. It's a small town, yet it is close to Peachtree City and Newnan. There is going to be a lot of growth there with the addition of MacIntosh Village, a planned community of about 8-9,000 that is being planned there. A downside is that it has bad interstate access and it can take a while to get to Atlanta. Still, I would recommend it.
