Default Bridges in N. Georgia

We are driving down from Chatanooga to Dahlonega. I have a problem with gephyrophobia (fear of bridges). Low slung bridges are ok, and short straight bridges are relatively ok. High, curvy bridges between mountaintops are very stressful.

Any suggestions of a good route to take?

Or... thinking the other way, are there any bridges to avoid?

We drove down from NJ this summer, and I can't recall there being any bridges of any consequence from Chatanooga down. There's a few small river crossings but they're not huge suspension bridges or anything nutty like that. I don't think you've got anything to worry about.

Thanks--I also talked with Steve Williams, the Georgia Road Geek, and he said the same thing. BTW, anyone wanting to learn about Georgia roads should check out the Road Geek--he has an amazing collection of photos and information about all kinds of Georgia driving situations.
