What other ISP's are there besides Comcast that provide at least like 20 MBPS internet ?

Charter ? anymore?

Charter does have a presence in GA. Windstream may or may not claim they can do those speeds, but they have issues delivering even 1mbps so they're best to avoid.

It'd help to know your zipcode since you'll have Vastly different options between rural and urban areas. Or you could just go over here and check reviews from networking geeks:

AT&T U-Verse claims they can reach almost 30Mb with pair bonding and sell 24Mb service now in the Atlanta area.

I believe Charter is the only non dsl option in the Smyrna area. I have them, and once everything was set up, I've really have minimal problems with them. I pay for 30mb, but most of the time I get between 40 - 45.
