Question Dogs in counties

I have a question about Lee County Georgia about dog kennels and bark ordinances. I have chihuahuas and 50 acres for them and they live in nice kennels but they bark occasionally but not constantly what are the laws.
I am being threatened by a jerk neighbor and I can't even hear them bark.

Same old story. Dog owners never hear their dogs bark. If the neighbors hear them bark, then they are the jerks. That is why there are ordinances.

Contact Lee County.

Then consult an attorney. This is probably a 'nuisance' threat or case---'Some People'--doubtful that a judge would waste any time if the idiot wanted to take you to court.

He probably wouldn't be able to live in my neighborhood --lots of traffic sounds and the dogs bark whenever the mood strikes. We know they are dogs and that is what they do.

I hear my dogs barking. I hear birds sing. I hear his cows mooing when they are in season. I hear his dog bark. I hear cars drive by. What does not happen is my dogs don't bark 24/7 as he exaggerates. This guy is a jerk. He has shot people's dogs because they may interfere with deer season. My complaints to me only happen around deer season. I guess dogs to you only bark during deer season.
