I do have to give it prop on that and a lot of other thing also, but that still doesn't change the fact that Augusta is decades ahead in most areas and Columbus has some major catching up to do before it can even be in the running for this type of thing. Comparisons show that.

First in shopping. Augusta mall itself is decades ahead in design and stores. Augusta has/is getting Cabela's, Michael Kors, Whole Foods, H&M, Genghis Grill, DSW, HomeGoods...etc. Augusta has two skylines while Columbus is still working on the first one. Columbus's MSA is decades behind Augusta's in population. Augusta's suburbs are also year ahead. It a larger market in general. Do you want pictures for comparison?

LMAO,Augusta doesn't have a skyline. Just a couple tall buildings here and there.

Augusta's suburbs are ahead in growth and development. According to Nielsen, Augusta has a much larger market in various categories. Augusta's medical district would be considered a skyline. The building are tall and its a very dense area...it actually feels a lot more urban than downtown. Downtown can also be considered a skyline, the buildings are tall, but its less dense. If you look up "Columbus Georgia skyline", you generally get results of Columbus Ohio,or Augusta or Atlanta. When you look up Augusta Skyline, you generally get Augusta's skyline.
You can't deny that that's a skyline...

Honestly, I think Macon's skyline is better, and it has way less people in it.
