Default Which would be the better Atlanta, Ga area, Macon, Valdosta, St. Mary's?

Hello,
I just want to say that I enjoy this website tremendously, there is a wealth of information to be obtained regarding relocation. We have been contemplating relocating for a while. We currently live in New Jersey. We would like to make 2008 the year, hopefully by the end of summer. Actually, I should say that my husband is accepting to the idea of relocating but not overly thrilled. He doesn't like too much change . I've vaguely reviewed information on the named areas and would like more in depth information the pro the cons, etc. Important areas would be the school systems- we have a freshmen in college ( also wanting to transfer to a 4 year university) a high school senior and 1st grader. I will graduate in May and will be seeking employment as a paralegal, previously I worked in the healthcare setting as a Unit Coordinator, Registrar, Administrative Assistant and have also been employed with Oxford Health Plans as a Medical Mgt. Coordinator. My husband is a general contractor, maintenance mechanic with lots of experience. Affordabilty, culture, access to good healthcare, short commutes to work if possible and seasonal changes. I can do without the snow at this point myself, jperhaps my youngest would like to see a flake or two every once in a while. Oh and reasonably close to airports for travel to visit Mama and Pop-Pop. Any info. you can give would be much appreciated
