Default buford or cumming?

which of the 2 are better to live and start a business. burford or cumming. we want to be near lake lanier or on it. we have no kids so that doesnt matter. only one dog. looking for low rent...1000 per month.

I vote for Cumming without a doubt. I moved from Buford to Cumming, and I found the people much nicer. Forsyth is an up and coming (no pun intended) county, and I think you will see continued growth here. Buford is so over-crowded right now, and the traffic is a nightmare! Both have access to Lake Lanier (what's left of it), but Cumming is just a nicer place in my opinion.

It's all good.

Cumming is closing to Forsyth but you pay for that with traffic.

Highway 400 is the second worst highway in the Greater Atlanta area -- 285 is the worst. If you have to go towards Lawrenceville you have to take 20 which probably tied with 41 in Cobb county for the worst main road. (THey say highway but its not really).
