Macon was crime city #1 at one time. Dont know if it still is, but im sure its in the top 10.

The only negative comments I see are from the people who are lieing about how macon is so great and beautiful. When truly its more dark, dirty, stinky, and has a crime rate that is in the top 5 of the whole US of A.

Crime has dropped by double digits the last two year in Macon. Last I checked Warner RObins had the crazed man shooting at enforcement officers being yards way from a school. No Macon is not Anti-Crime Heaven but what great city is. YOu notce that all major cities with crime problems have great things to do, how much crime can happen when your city is a gas spot? Now how much crime can happen when your city has clubs, bars, museums, great restaurants, huge amounts of shopping with things to do, that supports an entire region of a state. There is no comparison between the two, the gas stop will always have lower crime because there is nothing to do but fill your tank up on some $3.50 gas. Kinda like comparing Macon with Warner Robins as long as there is nothing to do but attend some museum not bigger than the lobby of Macon's SPorts Hall of Fame you'll never have crime. Not to mention that the Museum in Warner Robins sits on Federal property and who like to mess with the Federal Government no one, even criminals will tell you that. We are all grown here why do you have to speak with that language, because you are a child and children coarse to get there point accross because they think it adds something and it funny and demanding it not it makes you look stupid.

Guess you have never been to Boston? It does have crime, but nothing compared to cities like Macon, Atlanta, Miami, LA, and so on.
