I am getting close to buying a home in the douglasville area... I work in kennesaw.. and I know that's on the verge of being crazy.. but I'll be able to go into work at 10am/12pm 95% of the time.. aaannndd I'm hoping not to be at my current job much longer than 2yrs (which sounds long.. but when you put that up against a 30 yr fixed mort.. doesn't really hold as much weight)... I don't know if that changes anything...
ahhhmmm it'll be around the Arbor Mall area.. but I'm sure i'll venture outside of that specific part and get to know some other areas... hmmm if there are even any other areas that are "happening" if u will... Anywho... just dish the dirt and sing its praises.. so I can understand what I'm getting myself into...
