Norcross, if you check out the statistics on the Norcross city-data page http://www.city-data.com/city/Norcross-Georgia.html, you will see that Norcross is 41% Hispanic, 21% Black, and 32% White.

Norcross has traditionally had a strong corporate and industrial base, but I can't tell you any specifics about the quality of life there and certainly can't tell you about life in that particular ZIP or housing development.
