I'm a Yank, but here are some I hear a lot:
"I'm fixin to......"
"Y'all"
Adults calling their mothers "Momma"
Adults calling their father "Paw Paw"
"I don''t know why he DONE that" instead of using the word "did"

... and their fathers "daddy". I think I stopped doing that when I was about 10 years old.

My mom still refers to her now-deceased dad as "daddy", and she's 72. My dad still refers as his parents (also deceased)as "Mommy" and "Pap" as do all 7 of his brothers. I think they are just old-time endearing terms which are signs of affection.
I've just always called my parents "mom" and "dad".
How about this one..."Whoo-eee, that's so good hit'll make you want to slap yore grandma down!"

How bout "I'm fit to be tied" (had it with; mad with) with that dadgum car. Also, it's hotter than two rats ******* in a wool sock. Some of ya'll done said the "fixin to go" or "I reckin". I love the south and wouldn't live no where esle. I was born in raised right around Tallahassee, FL, which the inner city itself don't seem so southern anymore because of the University, but around the outskirts it is still very much a small southern town with deep southern morals and values. Now my wife is a yankee, or as I call her a "damnyankee" as in she stayed and settled in the southland. She now loves it too, and we wouldn't live nowhere else but the south (not even Central or South Florida as that is not really the south). The south in Florida starts at Pensacola and extends through to Tallahassee and on to parts of Jacksonville. South of Jacksonville is not at all characteristic of the deep south. Ya'll come back now ya hear

If we were acting up, my mother would threaten to get our grease.
If my brother would urinate without closing the bathroom door, my dad would tell him that he sounded like a cow on a flat rock.
If someone was cheap they were tighter than Dick's hatband.
If someone was manic they were wound up like a two dollar ingersoll.
My grandfather used to say that everybody has to climb Fool's Hill; it just takes some folks longer than others.
Isn't and doesn't is idn't and dudn't.
My aunt says Lawzy mercy for Lord have mercy.
If you disliked something, then you didn't give a plug nickel for it.
