Greetings,

In 2-3 months, I plan to relocate my family to Georgia, and in the meantime, am trying to identify good opportunities in IT/Software that I can apply and interview for. I've been using Dice, Monster, Hotjobs, and CareerBuilder to help with my search but so far have been unsuccessful.

A good friend recommended that I identify some head hunting agencies to help in my search. However, I'm not familiar with any good ones in the Atlanta area. I was hoping someone on this board might be able to recommend a few.

Thank You

Head Hunters are pretty bad, they don't even know how to really determine if someone is qualified for a job or not before they send you. Most aren't even head hunters, they are referred to as Vendors looking to fill 'contract' jobs

A good website is: atlanta.computerjobs

many jobs on this site are posted by the better vendors in Atlanta, avoid Apex Systems

I usually get more hits/calls in this order:

computerjobs
careerbuilder
hotjobs/dice
monster and ajc are useless

but simplyhired actually pulls in jobs from all sites so you might want to consider the.
