Default Advice on Calumet in Newnan or town of Grantville?

Hey folks! May be needing to move to Coweta County, needing 3 bedrooms. Do any of y'all have advice (good or bad) about the Calumet subdivision in Newnan or the town of Grantville? I have 2 kids about to start high school. Thanks for your help!

Default Calumet and Grantville

So you are looking in the low to mid $100's, and Calumet is nice. I had two single friends that lived there (both got married and moved). Close to the interstate and shopping/dinning. The houses are cute (good floorplans) and low maintance. A mix of younger families, single people, and older couples. Do note that excessive parking in the street is not welcome.

Grantville is cheap, but far from shopping/dinning and a grocery store. If price is the main issue then, you will get more house for the money. Mix of people, lots of rentals, and the neighborhoods tend to look junkier.

The historic area in Hogansville is nice, cheap, pretty, and at least they have an Ingles.

Also, there are more areas of Newnan that are close to town and in that price range, so I would keep searching.

Good Luck!
