I'm a black trucker looking for a small sw georgia rural area to buy a cheap small farm.

I want a place where I can get along with people, and live with low crime. Any suggestions?

Default Good SW Georgia small towns to buy a small farm?

Hey there truck driver. My husband and I used to drive. We live in northwest Ga and have 2+ acres for sale with a storage barn and a 37' travel trailer on the property. Creek is just down the hill and less than five minutes walking didtance. It is located on a hill and is very private. Small community and the neighbors that I know of are all accepting of any races. Great diversity in this area. Hilly but could be turned into a small farm. I have grown many gardens there as did my father before me. Septic, water, cable, electric and phone lines are already on property as well as a private security light with utility pole. Here is the link for the property. If interested, please call or email me. We are planning on relocating to North Dakota after we sell. Crime rate is low here as well. If you arenot interested, feel free to pass this along to anyone else you think may be looking. Be safe out there.

By the way, we used to drive our Peterbuilt tractor all the way up the hill to our parking area. Parking for your trailer is nearby as well.
