Why did you choose to live in an area that is so unacceptable? In order to be eligible for the Hope Scholarship?

Just cause you picked a crappy area to live in, it doesn't mean the rest of the state is crap. Come down to South Florida...I'll give ya a tour of a couple places you wouldn't last the night in.
