Absolutely no Copyrighted Images!
At this time I would like to point out, that people are STILL not following our (CD Forum) policy and rules concerning the use of COPYRIGHTED IMAGES AND/ OR MATERIAL !
The policy is very plain and simple to follow.
One simple rule (and the safest one) if you didn't take the pictures/ images yourself, great chances are, they belong to someone else, and might also be copyrighted.
I have researched several postings/ posted images, and found that numerous used images are copyright protected and/ or trademarked by companies and other people!
PLEASE REFER TO CD RULES AND GUIDELINES.

In a way, maybe you are right.... 
However, due to the fact of the (sometimes) tricky copyrighted and trademarked images, laws and rules etc., us Moderators do have to address them.
Maybe I am giving some members the benefit of doubt, of NOT KNOWING any better, and NOT HAVING researched and read the CD terms of service, rules and guidelines, which we are strictly trying to enforce.
Don't want to spoil the fun here....but just had to step in to remind and enforce CD terms of service, rules and guidelines. 
Carry on, my friends....carry on.....   ...and hopefully this thread will continue with either pictures taken by the posters themselves, or not posted at all. |

Does anyone know if JCPenney or Sears is seeking to move to North Macon? The Shoppes at River Crossing seem to be upscale and most of the women featured as shoppers in the news articles are wealthy. What about the JCPenney/Rich's/Sears bunch who aren't necessarily Wal-Mart bumpkins? I doubt Lullwater Village can handle a two-story Jacques Pene or Cieres Roebuque
