Cherry Creek Academy
Cherry Creek Academy is a great daycare. It is located on Carver road. We had our son there for a year before we moved to Atlanta. There is also another newer one out Highway 16 near Spalding High School. I have heard great things about it as well. But no personal experience. A good place to look first is the Ga.gov website and look at the Right to Start information. They provide all the inspection reports online so you can see what daycares have been sited for what! It also gives you information on the owners too. By far the best source of information I have ever used for daycare and Pre-K!
The best daycare we ever used, until we came to Atlanta, was south of Griffin in Barnesville called Little Ones Academy. They were the best!! Jennifer Griffith and Nikki Frank were the owner/directors and they did a great job. Last I heard Nikki was working with Cherry Creek as a curriculum consultant, so I highly recommend Cherry Creek. Like I said we had our son there after LOA closed and many of our friends have had their children there as well.
What type of physician are you and are you going to be practicing in the Griffin area? We are relocating this summer before our son starts Kindergarten and will be looking for physicians, dentist and such in that area.
