The weather channel says it will be 70 by 5:00 today. I wish I was there to enjoy the spring. I will be in my car next month to come for another visit. They are never long enough or close enough together. I miss my eastern bluebirds!!!!!!!!

May I ask where you live now?

Somewhere near a coast I would infer from your screen name.

'Wisdom, Justice and Moderation'--motto of the state of Georgia

I like that Georgia is a moderate state overall, even the climate. There is diversity of beliefs as well as ethnicity. 'Most' of the citizens live their lives and allow others to do the same.

I like the heritage/culture of 'The South'/Bible Belt. Ethics/Integrity, Respect for law/authority, Love of family and concern for others are values that I cherish.

We are possibly moving from Florida. Looking at Alpharetta. Can anyone give some insight as to a good town to live in with low crime, good schools, and good doctors.

Post your query in the Atlanta forum. 'Alpharetta' is the name of a town which includes suburbs. The next town over is Roswell. Those who live in this area can offer more specific FYI. There are 'communities' within this area such as 'Crabapple' but I don't think of it as a town myself.
