Default Fort Valley question

I have seen a couple of negative posts about Fort Valley, GA -- to stay away from there, but no reason given. Could someone elaborate on why it is not a good town to relocate to? Of if there is positive information I would like to hear that also. Thank you for any reliable information you can provide.

Hmmm....Doesnt seem anyone will say it, so I will.

Ft. Valley is like a city full of ghetto....Thats the truth to the matter. Large number of minorities in blacks and Latinos. The majority of the housing there isnt fit to be lived in....its just a leach to Byron, sucking the life out of what could be a great town. Thats the truth, whether anyone else wants to admit it or not.
