Hello! We are empty nesters thinking of moving to Chickamauga. Our son lives in St Elmo so it's close. We want a little bit of acreage for a horse. Ideally, a small house with a barn. We are now in NC. We like the idea of being close to Chattanooga for fun stuff, but we like to live in the quiet. We also have a budget of 200,000. Does this sound doable and like a good fit? We are open to other areas. We want low crime too. Thanks.
